Ingredients
Marinade
1lb of chicken thighs
1 cup of Momo’s Michelada Mix
Sauce
1/2 cup of hot honey(or just regular honey)
1/2 cup of Momo’s Michelada Mix
2 Tablespoons of fresh minced ginger
6 cloves of garlic minced
Spices used on meat:
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 Teaspoon of seasoned salt
Preparation
Marinade

1/2 cup of Momo’s Michelada Mix

Directions: marinade the chicken thighs in 1 cup Momo’s for 30mins-1hour.
Sauce: mince garlic and ginger and add to a bowl with the 1/2 cup Momo’s and 1/2 cup hot honey. Set aside.
Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder and season salt. Heat a pan with approximately 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Add chicken to the hot pan and brown on both sides.
Once browned on both sides, add sauce mixture and simmer for 10-15mins.
Serve hot and enjoy!
