Momo’s Elote
Ingredients
● 3⁄4 cup Momo’s Michelada mix
● 3⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt
● 5 ears of corn
● 1 lime juiced
● 1 tsp sugar
● Chili powder
● Cilantro
● Cotija cheese
● Salt
● Pepper
● 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
● Grill or smoke corn with the husks on at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Flip halfway
through.
● While the corn is smoking, prepare the sauce. Combine Momo’s, Greek yogurt, lime
juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
● Once the corn is done grilling, remove the husks and cut the corn off the cob. Heat a
large skillet over low heat and add the butter. Add the corn kernels and let cook for 2-3
minutes. Add the sauce and mix together. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes then
remove from heat.
● Serve in a bowl topped with cotija cheese, cilantro and chili powder and enjoy!
