Momo's elote!

Garret puts a tangy spin on Elote, commonly called Mexican Street Corn. Elote is the perfect side dish or snack for summer BBQ's and potlucks. Try this recipe and let us know your thoughts!

Momo’s Elote

Ingredients

● 3⁄4 cup Momo’s Michelada mix

● 3⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt

● 5 ears of corn

● 1 lime juiced

● 1 tsp sugar

● Chili powder

● Cilantro

● Cotija cheese

● Salt

● Pepper

● 1 tbsp unsalted butter


Directions

● Grill or smoke corn with the husks on at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Flip halfway

through.

● While the corn is smoking, prepare the sauce. Combine Momo’s, Greek yogurt, lime

juice, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.

● Once the corn is done grilling, remove the husks and cut the corn off the cob. Heat a

large skillet over low heat and add the butter. Add the corn kernels and let cook for 2-3

minutes. Add the sauce and mix together. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes then

remove from heat.

● Serve in a bowl topped with cotija cheese, cilantro and chili powder and enjoy!
