Sunday Supper Recipe: Momo’s Cucumber Chicken Salad with Stupid Rim Salt

This protein-packed, no-fuss recipe uses Momo’s Michelada Mix and our signature Stupid Rim Salt to transform everyday ingredients into something crave-worthy.





WHAT YOU NEED:

  • ½ tbsp Momo’s Michelada Mix

  • 1–2 tsp Momo’s Stupid Rim Salt

  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese

  • 1½ cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 lbs chicken breast (optional)

HOW IT'S DONE


Start by cubing 2–3 chicken breasts. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 10–15 minutes and season with half the Stupid Rim Salt. This part is totally optional—you can keep it meatless or prep the chicken however you prefer.

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion. Toss into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, the rest of the rim salt, and Momo’s Michelada Mix.

  3. Once the chicken cools, add it in and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Serve it up as a main meal, or scoop it alongside chips or greens as a snack. It’s creamy, crisp, and unexpectedly bold thanks to the spicy-citrusy zing of Momo’s.
