Guaca'momo'

It’s beginning to look a lot like ________________. (Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, Festivus)


And you know what that means… parties, get-togethers, holiday gatherings and general pot luck situations where you may need to bring a dish to share. While taking a bottle of Momo’s signature michelada mix and a case of beer may suffice, something more traditional could be in order. That’s why we came up with a classic guacamole with a twist, a generous pour of Momo’s. Presenting:


Guaca’momo’




INGREDIENTS:

3 ounces of Momo’s Michelada Mix


3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed


1 teaspoon sea salt


½ cup diced onion


2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


2 roma tomatoes, diced


1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic


DIRECTIONS:

Mash avocados with Michelada Mix and salt in a medium bowl. Add onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic to the mixture. For the best flavor, refrigerate 1 hour, or serve immediately with tortilla chips of your choice.


Serve it up simply with some tortilla chips or chicharrones for party goers who are trying Keto. Top off a delicious seven layer dip with some fresh, healthy and vegan Guaca’momo’. Stir up a batch for a taco night. The possibilities are endless. And don’t forget to serve an ice cold michelada alongside the meal for a party in a glass.
