No summer barbecue is complete without an ice cold pasta salad. Let's be honest, whoever decided to add carbs to a boring salad and bring it up a notch was very smart. If that master of the culinary arts had truly completed their task though, they would have used Momo's Michelada to craft the most perfect version of the dish.
With the bright, rich, spicy and tangy notes of Momo's, the blander elements of spiral pasta and fresh summer vegetables are taken to a whole new level. This pasta salad is quick to throw together, and the perfect accompaniment to chicken, burgers, or juicy brisket. Be the hero of your next family barbecue with Michelada Pasta Salad!
