Momo's famous ceviche from the 2024 austin bloody mary festival

This recipe is best enjoyed with an ice cold Momo's Michelada. Share with your loved ones, or don't!

Ingredients 

½ lb Texas Gulf Shrimp

¾ cup Momo's Michelada Mix 

1 lemon

1 cucumber

1-2 tomato

½-1 onion

Cilantro

1-2 avocado

1-2 jalapeño 


Instructions 

Devein and peel shrimp 

Cut Shrimp into smaller evenly sized pieces (roughly 3 pieces per shrimp)

Add shrimp to a bowl and add Momo's along with juice from one lemon

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

Chop up all vegetables and

Remove shrimp. Shrimp should appear to be cooked.

Add all ingredients together and toss

Enjoy fresh
