Calling all taco lovers!

Get ready to level up your Taco Tuesdays with Chef Garrett's incredible Shrimp Tacos with Mango Pico de Gallo! This vibrant dish is bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly complements our refreshing Momo's Michelada Mix.

Shrimp Taco Skewers

Ingredients

●      ½ lb peeled and deveined shrimp

●      Momo’s michelada mix

●      Mango pico de gallo

●      3 corn tortillas

●      1 tsp corn starch 

●      Butter

●      Wooden skewers

Directions

●      Place shrimp in a bowl, cover in Momo’s michelada mix, add corn starch, mix well and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Place wooden skewers in water.

●      Preheat your air fryer to 350, spray basket with oil and place shrimp skewers in the basket. If you double the recipe you will need to do 2 batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and repeat.

●      Heat butter over medium heat in a skillet, place one corn tortilla in the pan, cook for 30 seconds a side.

●      Place 3-4 shrimp in each tortilla and top with pico de gallo.
