Momo's Skirt Steak Tacos!

Momo’s Skirt Steak Tacos 

What you Need

  • 1-2 cups Momo’s Michelada mix

  • 2 lbs skirt steak 

  • 1 white onion 

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 1 poblano pepper

  • Flour tortillas

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Sour cream 

How it's Done

  • Place the skirt steak between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and tenderize on both sides. Cover the steak in 1-2 cups of Momo’s and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

  • Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let rest for 20-30 minutes before grilling. Cook on high heat on a black stone or regular grill for 3-4 minutes a side depending on thickness. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing into bite size pieces, cutting against the grain.

  • Cook bell pepper, poblano, and onion for 10 minutes on high heat, adding salt halfway through. 

  • Assemble your tacos with steak, veggies, shredded cheese and sour cream and enjoy!
