Momo’s Fish Tacos 

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups of Momo’s Michelada mix

  • 2 tilapia filets

  • Flour tortillas

  • Hot sauce of your choice

  • Dole classic coleslaw packet with dressing

Directions 

  • Place the 2 tilapia filets in a baking dish with tall sides. Cover the filets with Momo’s, add salt and pepper, place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

  • Prepare the coleslaw and set aside. 

  • Remove the tilapia from the refrigerator. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter then place the tilapia filets in the skillet. Cook for 3 and a half minutes a side then remove and let rest.

  • Assemble tacos with a spoonful of coleslaw, fish and some hot sauce and enjoy!
