Momo’s Southwest Style Burger

Momo’s Southwest Style Burger 

Ingredients - For 2 Burgers

  • 1-2 cups of Momo’s Michelada mix

  • 2 burger patties

  • 1 poblano pepper

  • ½ white onion 

  • ½ avocado 

  • Jalapeno jack cheese

  • Brioche hamburger buns

  • Chipotle mayo


  • Place 2 burger patties in a pan and cover with 1-2 cups for Momo’s. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. You can flip the burgers halfway through if they are not fully covered.

  • Chop the poblano pepper and white onion fajita style and heat the pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped peppers and onions and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add salt halfway through. 

  • Simultaneously heat a separate pan over medium high heat and add burger patties once hot. Cook on each side for 4 minutes(I had thick patties usually you can do a minute less). After both sides are cooked add 1 slice of cheese on each patty and cover. Let cook for 1 additional minute or until cheese is melted. 

  • Assemble your burger with a patty, sliced avocado, pepper and onions, and chipotle mayonnaise and enjoy!
