Momo's Sunday supper: street taco skewers

Momo’s Street Tacos 


  • 1 cup Momo’s Michelada mix

  • 8 oz flat iron steak 

  • Whole pineapple(will not use the whole thing I just prefer fresh pineapple for this)

  • Corn tortillas 


  • Cut the flat iron steak into 1 inch pieces(comes out to about 12), place in a bowl, cover in Momo’s and let marinade in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Soak 3-4 skewers in water(if wooden).

  • Cut pineapple into 1 inch pieces, need about 8-9. Place marinated steak and pineapple pieces onto skewers, alternating between steak and pineapple. Season with a fajita seasoning. 

  • Smoke at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. If using a grill, cook on 425 degrees for 3-4 minutes a side. 

  • Heat corn tortillas on medium heat for 30-45 seconds a side in butter. Use 4-5 pieces of steak and pineapple per taco and enjoy!
