Momo’s Smoked Wings

Ingredients

● 1⁄2 cup Momo’s Michelada mix

● 1.5-2 lb chicken wings

● 1-2 tbsp unsalted butter

● 1⁄2 tbsp corn starch

● 4 tbsp smoked paprika

● 1⁄2 tbsp salt

● 1 tsp garlic powder

● 2 tsp chili powder

● 1 tsp ground cumin

● 1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper

For serving

● 1 lime

● Chopped jalapeño

● Cilantro

● Jalapeño sour cream

Appliances

● Smoker, air fryer, or oven.

Directions

● Start by adding your chicken wings to a bowl and pat dry. Combine seasonings in a

small bowl and mix. Spray or apply avocado oil to the wings, add seasoning mix and rub

until the wings are evenly coated.

● Preheat your smoker to 350. Do this after seasoning to allow the spices to stick to your

wings better. Once heated up add the chicken wings directly to the grates. Let cook for

about 15-20 minutes then flip. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.

● While the wings are cooking, heat a small sauce pan over low heat. Add the butter to

melt, once it has melted add Momo’s and corn starch and mix. Turn to medium heat.

Once it bubbles then remove the sauce from the heat.

● Place cooked chicken wings in a large bowl, add the sauce and toss the wings until

evenly coated.

● Serve with lime juice, jalapeños, cilantro and jalapeño sour cream and enjoy!
