Momo's Marinated Flanken Beef Ribs

"Sunday Supper Special! 🥩🔥 Chef Garrett is back with another mouthwatering recipe, this time featuring our Momo’s Marinated Flanken Beef Ribs. 🤤 Pair these tender, flavorful ribs with a refreshing Momo’s Michelada for the ultimate Sunday feast. 🍻


What you Need
  • 1 cup Momo’s Michelada mix

  • 1 lb Flanken beef ribs 

  • 1 jalapeño 

  • HEB brisket rub

SUGGESTED SIDES
  • Brown rice

  • Black beans

  • Pickled red onions

  • Guacamole 

How it's Done
  • Slice 1 jalapeño and set aside. Add beef ribs to a mixing bowl(should be 4-5 per lb.) season with brisket rub, add sliced jalapeño then pour Momo’s over. Mix well, cover then refrigerate for atleast 2 hours to let marinate. 

  • Cook the beef ribs over medium-high heat in a skillet or on a grill for 2 minutes a side. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes!

  • Serve with rice, beans, guacamole, (Momo’s) pickled red onions and enjoy!
