What you Need
1 cup Momo’s Michelada mix
1 lb Flanken beef ribs
1 jalapeño
HEB brisket rub
SUGGESTED SIDES
Brown rice
Black beans
Pickled red onions
Guacamole
How it's Done
Slice 1 jalapeño and set aside. Add beef ribs to a mixing bowl(should be 4-5 per lb.) season with brisket rub, add sliced jalapeño then pour Momo’s over. Mix well, cover then refrigerate for atleast 2 hours to let marinate.
Cook the beef ribs over medium-high heat in a skillet or on a grill for 2 minutes a side. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes!
Serve with rice, beans, guacamole, (Momo’s) pickled red onions and enjoy!
