Momo’s Salmon Bites
Ingredients
¾ cup Momo’s Michelada mix
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1-1.5 lb salmon filet
White rice
Cilantro
Directions
Lay the salmon filet over a drying rack skin side up, pour a small amount of boiling water(making sure not to cook the salmon too much) over the skin. Easily remove skin. Cut salmon filet into 1” thick pieces and set aside.
Combine momos and mayonnaise in a bowl then mix. Combine salt, pepper, salmon, and Momo’s sauce in a bowl and mix. Let side for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon bites onto a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes. Check that salmon is fully cooked then remove!
Serve over white rice and top with cilantro and enjoy!
